She has negotiated and closed deals upwards of $10 million, and managed production budgets up to $15 million.

Adora switches hats between creative and corporate at… well, the drop of a hat.She has innovated the business model of working with talent and niche experts. She’s a master at negotiating and building her client’s platform and giving them relevance in the marketplace. A talent that was evident early on when she reinvented reality TV as co-creator and executive producer on SyFy’s Crossing Over with John Edward. Today, this out-of-the box thinking goes to work for all of Media2x3’s clients from a dot org’s funding strategy to an agency sponsorship pitch. Adora thrives on nurturing her client’s entrepreneurial spirit. She founded two companies from the ground up and knows how to leverage reputation, relationships, and inspire resilience.

Design Director

Marika is a designer’s designer. Even the renown Art Center in Pasadena calls on her to design for them and that pretty much says it all. Right out of the gate Marika was a key creative on broadcast design teams giving birth to a whole new approach to entertainment brand identity; from the visual vibe of the MTV generation via MTV Networks, to the fresh style guides and ads for ABC’s Desperate Housewives. The renowned Sundance Film Festival provides a perfect example of the broad spectrum of what she delivers: she created a logo, stationery, press kit, 300-page catalog, street banners, the total 2002 identity package.

At heart Marika is a fine artist, and is known to disappear into her studio where she “plays with clay” long into the night, her ceramics are currently for sale in museum gift shops. So she is most pleased to be called upon to design for many of the most important arts organizations in Southern California. She is equally adept working on personality, service, product, retail, and fashion brands while she continues to serve the entertainment community, evidenced by her recent work for the 2014 Academy Awards.

Highly focused and detail-oriented, Marika brings to Media2x3’s team fresh design solutions on all marketing platforms – from print to virtual.
